Do you have Broadband connection? With a broadband connection, you may watch TV online for free via www.sopcast.org
There are few hundred channels including the famous ESPN & Star TV for football channel.
The quality of the channels depend on your location and broadband connection. Most of the time, a 4~5 bars will gives you relatively excellent quality.
Sopcast also have a very cool feature. You may record the program and save it into your PC.

This YouTube Channel list all of the major universities in US that shared their courses online. You may need to “shop” a bit since not all of the universities provide a complete class. Although some just use this to promote their universities, most of the popular universities such as Stanford University and MIT provide access to their courses. This will be a great supplement to the free courses offered by MIT.

MIT OpenCourseWare (MIT OCW) offers free lecture notes, exams and videos from MIT course content. This site contains all the educational materials from its undergraduate and graduate-level course materials. Its 1,900 courses are available to everyone under Creative Commons license. You may like to thank William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and MIT for this wonderful initiative.
